Pioneer Road, Draper, UT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Paul Nagi Custom Designs LLC. Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit Request. Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to consider the above listed request. The property is located at approximately 266 E. Bellis Ct. The purpose of the request is to seek a conditional use permit to operate a home occupation that provides measurements for alterations and custom made clothing.
