- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Providence City Code Amendments Providence City Citizens, Please take notice that the Providence City Planning Council will be holding public hearings to discuss a proposals to amend the city codes regarding Setbacks and Plat Procedures. City Code: Title 10 Zoning Regulations; Chapter 8 Area regulations; Section 3 Setbacks & City Code: Title 11 Subdivision Regulations; Chapter 3 Plat Procedures & Requirements. Proposed amendments required to be consistent with new Utah State Code. For information about what changes are being requested please contact the Providence City Offices at 164 N Gateway Dr, by phone at 435-752-9441 or visit providencecity.com. DATE: October 9th, 2024 TIME: 6:00 PM LOCATION: 164 N GATEWAY DR. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide an opportunity for anyone interested to comment before any action is taken.
