- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CENTRAL VALLEY WATER RECLAMATION FACILITY PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on October 16, 2024, during a meeting of the governing board (the 'Board') of the Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility (the 'Issuer') that begins at 6:00 p.m., the Board will hold a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (i) the issuance of up to $87,000,000 of sewer revenue bonds (the 'Bonds') of the Issuer for the purpose of financing a portion of the costs of the acquisition and construction of certain sewer system facilities (the 'Project'), and (ii) the potential economic impact that the Project will have on the private sector. The Issuer intends to issue the Bonds for the purpose of financing a portion of the costs of the Project, satisfying a debt service reserve requirement, if necessary, and paying costs and expenses incident thereto. The Issuer will not pledge any taxes of the Issuer for the payment of the Bonds. The Issuer will pledge, pursuant to that certain Master Trust Indenture Providing for the Issuance of Sewer Revenue Bonds, the revenues attributable to the Issuer's sewer system for the payment of the Bonds. The Board will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting that begins at 6:00 p.m. on October 16, 2024. The public hearing will be held at the regular meeting place of the Board, located at 800 Central Valley Rd, Salt Lake City, Utah. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Prior to the public hearing, written comments may be submitted to the Issuer at 800 Central Valley Rd, Salt Lake City, Utah 84119. DATED this 26th day of September, 2024.
