NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will hold public hearings on October 8, 2024, at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following items:
- Strides Pediatric Therapy Site Plan: Proposed Site Plan application for Strides Pediatric Therapy, located at 18406 W. White Quest Drive (Parcel Number 59:051:0026), to add additional building locations and parking spaces. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Steven Lehmitz, slehmitz@emcity.org
- Belle Street Seminary Building Site Plan: Proposed Site Plan application for the Belle Street Seminary Building, located at 1215 E Harmony Way (Parcel Number: 38:716:0002). EMC Staff Point of Contact: Ashley Swensen, aswensen@emcity.org
- Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Amendments:
o EMMC 17.10.30 Definitions and EMMC 17.59 Easements: The proposed code amendment adds the definition for an easement and proposes EMMC 17.59 as a new chapter that establishes standards related to easements. EMC Staff Point of Contact: Steven Lehmitz, slehmitz@emcity.org
o EMMC Consolidated Fee Schedule 6.1 Animal Control Fees, 10.1 Master Development Fees, 10.3 Conditional Uses, 13.1 Building Permit Fees, and 13.4 Other Building Department Fees: A proposal to adopt a resolution amending the Eagle Mountain City Consolidated Fee Schedule to increase fees for a Hobby Breeder License Application, establish a Pet-Sitting License Application; reduce fees for Master Development Agreement Amendment Application, reduce fees for Building Permits, and to eliminate the Fast Track Fee.
