- 1. Elect a Planning Commission Chair and Vice Chair. 2. Review amendments the ordinance relating to administration of the Planning Commission. 3. Review an ordinance establishing petitioner requirements in the re-zoning procedure including development agreement and conditional zoning designation. 4. Review amendments to the Site Plan Ordinance. 5. City Council Report. 6. Approval of minutes from the meeting held December 10, 2008. 7. Public Comments This is an opportunity to address the Planning Commission regarding your concerns or ideas. Comments are limited to three minutes. The Planning Commission cannot take action on any item brought to the Planning Commissions’ attention except to instruct staff to place this item on a future agenda. Any concerns you have regarding staff are the responsibility of the administration, not the Planning Commission.
