- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on September 24, 2024, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 24-40: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 3-11-103, 3-11-105, AND 3-11-106 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND CERTAIN PROVISIONS GOVERNING THE EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE HEARING OFFICER.'
