6:10 P.M. 3. Farr West Industrial Subdivision Plat. Discussion and possible consideration to approve a preliminary subdivision plat for the Farr West Industrial subdivision located at approximately 1900 West and 2800 North.
6:15 P.M. 4. Deer Crest Subdivision Phase 5 - Final Acceptance. Discussion and possible consideration for final acceptance of the improvements completed for Deer Crest Subdivision Phase 5.
6:20 P.M. 5. Interlocal Agreement with Farr West City. Discussion and possible consideration to approve an interlocal agreement with Farr West City to establish terms for the construction and use of shared grant funding for the new roadway project beginning at 2700 North and 1740 West and extending to approximately 2740 West.

Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, commencing at 6:00 PM.

The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
