NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to open a comment period while the commission considers a rezone application submitted by Ashley Wooley on behalf of WFH, LLC on approx. .443 acres (19,297.08 square feet) of property located at 5428 S. Highland Drive. The request is to change the zoning designation from R-1-21 (Residential Single Family) to R-2-10 (Residential Two-family), per the Highland Drive Master Plan.
The proposed rezone would change the land uses allowed by the Highland Drive Master Plan. The rezone would allow either
1. One attached two-family residential dwelling unit (10,000 square feet of land required), or
2. Up to three single-family detached dwelling units (18,750 square feet of land require).
The proposed amendment is available for public inspection on the City's website www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours.
You can watch the meeting live at https://cityofholladay.com/government/agendas_and_minutes.php.
