- BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 24-24, 24-25 and 24-26 Notice is hereby given that on September 19, 2024, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 24-24 and 24-26. Ordinance 24-24 amends Brigham City Code Section 30.017, Appointments and Removals of Officers by Mayor, to add the positions of Assistant City Administrator/Public Works Director and Assistant Public Works Director. Ordinance 24-25 amends the compensation schedule for executive municipal officers. Ordinance 24-26 amends Brigham City Code Sections 156.020, 156.136, and 156.156 to update new definitions for body art facilities, allow body art facilities in commercial districts, and modify existing tattoo establishments in industrial districts. Ordinances 24-24 and 24-26 shall take effect upon posting and publication on September 23, 2024. Copies of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.gov.
