NORTH OGDEN CITY - 2024 - 2025 SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROJECTS
Sealed bids will be received at the North Ogden City Recorders Office, 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden City, Utah until 2:00 p.m. on October 10, 2024, for the 2024 - 2025 SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROJECTS at which time bids will be opened publicly. The work consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 3300 square feet of 4' thick sidewalk, 300 LF of 30' curb & gutter, and 18 ADA ramps. All work covered in the contract documents shall be completed by JUNE 30, 2025. Contract Documents at the office of the Engineer or at North Ogden City Website https://www.northogdencity.com/rfps. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to NORTH OGDEN CITY CORPORATION. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the owner. Contract will be awarded using the 'Choosing by Advantages Decision Making System'.
