Vernon Investments Rezone - A request to rezone 5.06 total acres, located at 390 North 900 East, near Wellsville, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Industrial (I) Zone. Continued for up to 90 days from the July 11th Planning Commission meeting. Public Hearing held on 11 July 2024. 2. Cronquist Temporary Extraction CUP - A request to create a temporary extraction and excavation facility (Type 6400) on 4.6 acres of two parcels totaling 179.45 acres located at 1927 Canyon Road, near Smithfield, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. This CUP request was initially on the 4 April 2024 Planning Commission agenda; continued for up to 90 Days to allow applicant to submit revised plans to show compliance with the Code. Applicant requested another 90-day continuance at the July 11th Planning Commission meeting to the current date. 3. Public Hearing (5:45 PM or soon thereafter) - Chambers Rezone - A request to rezone 8.47 acres, located at approximately 6600 North 800 West, near Smithfield, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Commercial (C) Zone. 4. Public Hearing (5:55 PM or soon thereafter) - Honey Solar Stone Project Ordinance Amendment - A request for an amendment to County Code sections 17.07.030, 17.02.050, and 17.09.030 to add language related to the creation and operation of a commercial solar facility. 5. Bold K9 Solutions, LLC CUP - A request to operate a home based kennel (Use Type 3200) on 13.93 acres located at 8565 North 6400 West, near Newton, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 6.
