Notice is hereby given that the Davis County Legislative Body will hold a public hearing to consider a petition and request for a proposed street vacation for portions of the cul-de-sac of Ewe Turn Road at 750 East Mutton Hollow Road, Kaysville, Utah.
The public may comment either in person or by written statement on the proposed street vacation on or before 10:00 a.m. on October 8, 2024 or at the regularly scheduled Davis County Commission meeting that will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, commencing at 10:00 a.m., in Room 303 of the Davis County Administration Building located at 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah 84025. Written comments must be received at the above address by 10:00 a.m. on October 8, 2024.
