NOTICE OF SALE OF DAVIS COUNTY SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY
(Davis County Code ยง 2.42.060)
Notice is hereby given that, on or after October 29, 2024, Davis County may sell all or part of
the following parcel(s) of property known as: proposed partial vacation of 636.68 sq. ft. of
street right-of-way for the cul-de-sac portion of Ewe Turn Road at 750 East Mutton Hollow
Road, Kaysville, Utah ('the Property'), by negotiated sale. The public may comment either in
person or by written statement on the proposed disposition of the Property on or before 10:00
a.m. on October 15, 2024 or at the regularly scheduled Davis County Commission meeting
that will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, commencing at 10:00 a.m., in Room 303 of
the Davis County Administration Building located at 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah
84025. Written comments must be received at the same address by 10:00 a.m. on October 15,
2024.
The Davis County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all purchase prices.
