Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE / AMEND A POWER IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Section 11-36a, Washington City hereby gives notice of the intent to implement an Impact Fee Analysis/Facilities Plan for the Power Department in accordance to the requirements of the State of Utah. The Impact Fee Service Area for this analysis includes the area north of the Virgin River within the City limits.
