- REQUEST FOR BIDS SOUTH SALT LAKE ANIMAL SHELTER KENNEL REPLACEMENT SOUTH SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH Proposals will be accepted until October 1st, 2024. Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 PM on the due date. Proposals may be submitted in person to the City Recorders office at South Salt Lake City Hall (220 E Morris Ave.), by email at aandrus@sslc.gov or accepted via direct submission to the Utah Public Procurement Portal (Jagger) by 3:00pm that day. Proposers are responsible for verifying receipt of proposal. Contract Documents and plans are available from Utah Supplier Portal at https://purchasing.utah.gov/for-vendors/ or by request from the City Recorder on Thursday September 19th, 2024. This project includes all material, equipment, connections, hardware, tools and installation instructions to replace the existing animal kennels at the South Salt Lake Animal Shelter. Materials will be received on-site and installation will be done by owner. Bids shall reflect the attached Scope of Work and Kennel Layout Drawing. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and rebid the project, or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the owner and/or make reductions in or expand the scope of work. Please direct all scope of work questions to our City Recorder's office at aandrus@sslc.gov.
