Pleasant Grove Historic Preservation Commission Agenda Meeting Date and Time: Thursday, September 19, 2024, 7 PM Meeting Place: Community Room (108 S 100 E) Opening Motions Excused: Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve August meeting minutes: Second: Monthly Subcommittee Check-in Reports Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Preservation (Chris Schow) No update Community Outreach (Denise Trickler) August walking tour debrief Archives (Jeanne Holdaway) The library moved their archives to our shelves, and Laurel moved our archives from the break room to combine with the closet storage room. (Rubbermaid boxes remain in the closet off the break room.) History & Publications (Laurel Cunningham) Currently working on: 'By These Hands' rewrite Other Business Items 1. Marina Gish resigned. 2. Conduct a Heritage Festival post-mortem. 3. Discuss the Old Town Hall Christmas event. 4. Give an update on the Local Historic District proposal. 5. Next meeting is Thursday, October 17, which is the first day of Fall Break. Do we need to move our meeting? 6. Dates to calendar: - None Next PGHPC meeting: Thursday, October 17, 7 PM
