- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on September 17, 2024, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 24-38: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN TO SHOW A CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (7 TO 12 UNITS/ACRE) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3688 SOUTH REDWOOD ROAD ON 26.26 ACRES.'
