- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on September 10, 2024, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 24-36: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 7-6-302 AND 7-6-306 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND REGULATIONS CONCERNING PROPERTY ELIGIBLE FOR C-3 ZONING.'
