Cleveland Town Council Meeting September 19, 2024 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Opening Flag Ceremony Minutes: Approve August Minutes Public Comment: Limited to 10 minutes Total Time. This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions, or issues that are not on the agenda. *PLEASE STATE YOUR NAME AND PLACE OF RESIDENCE. *PLEASE LIMIT YOUR COMMENTS TO THREE MINUTES. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda! In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Approve amended budget for 2024-2025. 2. Sand Wash Discussion with Lowell Gardner. 3. Discuss/decide when to remove flower pots from planters. 4. Cleveland Days financial report. 5. Approve bills and Town Financials for payment. 6. Vote and appoint new Mayor. 7. Council Reports. 8. Swear in New Mayor. 9. Adjourn Meeting. If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken. The next regular Council Meeting will be held on October 10, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
