NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT AND HEARING From: Southeastern Regional Development Agency Date: September 18, 2024 Re: Public Comment and Hearing on Proposed SERDA CDBG Rating and Ranking Policies for Program Year 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Southeastern Regional Development Agency (SERDA) is soliciting public comment on the proposed Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Rating and Ranking Policies for Program Year 2025. Interested persons may submit written public comment on the proposed CDBG Rating and Ranking Policies for Program Year 2025 from September 18, 2024 to October 22, 2024 via email or mail. Comments should be addressed to Korrin Olson at kolson@seualg.utah.gov or 252 S. Fairgrounds Road, P.O. Box 1106, Price, Utah 84501. The public comment period will close with a public hearing on the proposed CDBG Rating and Ranking Policies for Program Year 2025 on October 23, 2024 beginning at 2:00 pm, or soon thereafter. The location of the public hearing will be 252 S. Fairgrounds Road, Price, Utah 84501. Virtual options are available and those interested should contact Korrin Olson at kolson@seualg.utah.gov for details no less than 3 days prior to the public hearing. All interested persons are invited to consult with SERDA regarding the proposed CDBG Rating and Ranking Policies for Program Year 2025. If any interested person desires to meet or has questions, please contact Korrin Olson at kolson@seualg.utah.gov. The CDBG Rating and Ranking Policies for Program Year 2025 are attached to this notice.
