Notice is hereby given that the Hearing officer will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, starting at 2:00pm at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315.
The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive public input on variance request for Gary Balliett located at 5006 S 4700 W.
The purpose of the second public hearing is to receive public input on a variance request for Ryan Fisher located at parcel number 10-013-0003.
The purpose of the third public hearing is to receive public input on a variance request for Raymond & Analiza Glenn located at parcel # 09-078-0083.
The proposed changes are available for inspection on the city's website, the Utah Public Meeting website, and at the city offices during regular business hours.
