NOTICE AND AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING September 18, 2024 Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 52-4-2, UCA,1953 as amended, that the Central Valley Town Council will hold a regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Meeting Called to Order: Welcome; Pledge of Allegiance; Invocation 2. Open regular town council meeting 3. Department and Council Member Reports 4. Review and Approve: Minutes: August 21, 2024 5. Review and Approve: Monthly Expenditures: August 2024 6. Stephanie Bruse Candy business 7. Review and Approve Authorization for Central Valley Town to apply for a CIB Grant for 2025 road improvements 8. Review, Discuss and set for Public Hearing the proposed changes to the following ordinances: - Annexation - Land Use - Culinary water In order to bring them into compliance with Central Valley Town subdivision ordinance. 9. Review and Approve Central Valley Town GRAMA policy 10. Adjournment I hereby certify that the foregoing notice and agenda was posted on the Utah State Public Notice Website www.utah.gov/pnw/ , Central Valley Town's website www.centralvalleytownut.com , on the Central Valley Community Center doors and delivered to each member of the Central Valley Town Council; David Nielson, Susan Outzen, Kody Winkel, Charles Evans.
