- Courtesy Notice Courtesy notice is hereby given that Oakley City will be accepting comment regarding the following: Conditional Use Permit Minor Amendment For Chateau Recovery Center, LLC (formerly Elk Meadows Assisted Living Center) Proposed minor permit amendment allows for continued use of 42-unit building, as a 56-bed, residential treatment facility, primarily for first responders and military veterans suffering from drug and alcohol addictions, substance use disorders, traumas, and other disabilities. Although public comment is not required for a minor amendment of a conditional use permit (Oakley City Code 13-5-7-G,) Oakley City would like to know of your comments and concerns. Comment will be accepted through September 27, 2024, 4:30 p.m. Public comment can be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com According to Oakley City Code 13-1-20, this public notice has been posted in all appropriate locations.
