- AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold a regular board meeting on Thursday, September 19, 2024, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at the District Office, located at 2401 East 6175 South. __________________________________________________________________________________ Invocation: Public Comment: (No action will be taken on items discussed at this time - 2-minute time limit.) (1) Review minutes of August 15, 2024 board meeting, for approval. (2) Unfinished business of previous meeting. (3) Resolution 2024-04 Assignment of Duties for Board - Mid-Term Vacancy. (Effective 9/1/24). (4) Items for board discussion and consideration for approval: (a) Discussion and proposal to make changes to the salary structure per 'Momentum Employers Group'. (b) Review previous month billing adjustments for approval. (5) Discussion for consideration and approval of September 2024 bills. (6) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report: - Samples. - Leaks: (b) Ongoing Projects: - Updates on Cedar Cove sewer lift station pump. - BEACON installs. - Review and discussion on easements: - Borg/Pringle Lift Station. - Manhole on Breeze - Reservoir #3 access. (c) Review Revenue and Expense Statement vs. Budget for: August/2024. - Review Bank Statements for previous months. (d) Employee/HR Items: - Wage review begins with 'Momentum Employers Group'. (e) Public Relations: (7) Possible Closed Meeting, if needed: (a) Pending or Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, Deployment or Personnel Issues.
