NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TITLE 10 Chapter 2: Landscape Standards
TITLE 10 Chapter 17: Tiny Home parks
Notice is hereby given that the Monticello City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regular session on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main St, Monticello, Utah, beginning at 6:30 pm. A copy of amended ordinances is available at the Monticello City Offices and on the Utah Public Notice Website. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment from the public regarding the City's proposal to update and amend the following ordinances:
§10-2: Landscape Standards
§10-17: Tiny Home Parks
Written comments may be addressed to Recorder Melissa Gill, melissa@monticelloutah.org , City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah 84535, and must be received prior to or on the hearing date. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone requiring special accommodations to attend this hearing may call the Monticello City Office at least three days prior to the meeting, at 435-587-2271.
