PUBLIC MEETING CONCERNING THE LISTS OF UNCLAIMED RIGHTS OF RECORD FOR THE UTAH LAKE / JORDAN RIVER DRAINAGE,
PROVO RIVER DIVISION, FRANCIS-WOODLAND SUBDIVISION (AREA NO. 55, BOOK 14) AND UPPER PROVO RIVER SUBDIVISION (AREA NO.55, BOOK 15)

Purpose: The State Engineer has prepared the List of Unclaimed Rights of Record for the Francis-Woodland Subdivision (55-14) and the Upper Provo River Subdivision (55-15) in the Utah Lake and Jordan River General Adjudication (pursuant to Utah Code ยง 73-4-9.5). The List of Unclaimed Rights is available electronically in PDF format on the Division of Water Rights website at the following addresses: http://www.waterrights.utah.gov/pdbooks/FrancisWoodlandLUR and http://www.waterrights.utah.gov/pdbooks/UpperProvoLUR. In light of the publication of the List of Unclaimed Rights of Record, the public is invited to a public meeting. Representatives from the Division of Water Rights will be available during this time to review the adjudication process, discuss the list of unclaimed rights within the area, and answer questions.
If individuals cannot attend, but have questions regarding the adjudication process or water rights within the Francis-Woodland or Upper Provo River areas, please contact Division of Water Rights at 801-538-5282.
