NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST To hear public comment regarding a proposed Land Use Text Ordinance change to the Single-Family Residential Accessory Structure Height.
BACKGROUND
DATE/TIME AND PLACE The proposed amendment to the land use code would change the height minimum for accessory structures in single family residential zones.
The Bountiful Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this item on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. The public hearing will start at approximately 6:30 PM in the Bountiful City Council Chambers, 795 South Main Street, Bountiful, Utah.
COMMENT Any person having interest in these matters may attend and be heard during a public meeting.
LAND USE AUTHORITY The Planning Commission would make a recommendation to City Council, the Land Use Authority
