- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REQUEST To hear public comment regarding a conditional use permit (CUP) of a detached accessory dwelling unit (DADU) for a single-family dwelling in a single-family residential zone. The address of the proposed unit is 763 West Pages Lane, located in the Single-Family (R-4) Zone. The public hearing will start at approximately 5:00 pm at Bountiful City Hall, 795 South Main Street, Bountiful, Utah. COMMENT Any person having interest in these matters may attend and be heard during a public meeting or may submit testimony in writing to be entered into the record.
