Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE OF PASSAGE ORDINANCE 2024-02 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN ELECTRIC UTILITY FRANCHISE AND GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT On September 11th, at the regularly scheduled Oakley City Council meeting, Ordinance 2024-02 was formally adopted and is effective as of this posting date, September 16,2024. Ordinance 2024-02 establishes a franchise agreement with Rocky Mountain Power that allows the Utility Company to perform repair, maintenance, construction and services related to supplying power within Oakley City. This ordinance is available in its entirety for viewing at the Oakley City offices, located at 960 West Center Street, Oakley Utah 84055, Monday thru Thursday during the hours of operation 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or on our website at www.oakleycity.com Posted: September 16, 2024 on the Utah Public Notice Website, www.oakleycity.com, the Oakley US Post office, and the City Facebook and Instagram pages.
