Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Land Use Hearing Officer will hold one hearing at approx. 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at City Hall, 1330 E. Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106: 1) LUHO-24-006, James Copeland is requesting a variance from the retaining wall code at approx. 4074 S Wasatch Boulevard.
