The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 1.ENGINEERING SERVICES EWP FLASH FLOOD PROJECT a. ENGINEERING SERVICES EWP FLASH FLOOD PROJECT - Consideration and possible approval for Johansen and Tuttle Engineering to provide design and construction engineering services for the Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Flash Flood Project. Estimated cost of services paid for by a grant received from the EWP is $273,487.50.
