A letter was made by the Town Council explaining that the town does not want to continue 5th East road. See letter 1.
NEW BUSINESS:
Derna is requesting reapproval on their tower permit that expired in 2022.
Doug Evans is presenting his house plans/setback to get approval.
Brendan Mannek/Keith Salmon is presenting house/breezeway plans to get a concept/build approval.
Steve Gregerson is presenting plans to combine/alter his property lines of his two lots on 2nd East/ Bourbon.
Will Christensen is presenting plans.
Nicholas Garcia is requesting to amend the adopted Ordinance of the cap on short term rental from 15 to 16. Ordinance: Article 18 Section 1802- No more than 15 short-term rentals be issued at a time. See letter 2.
Justin Von Eiberstein is presenting plans for a concept approval for a fixed/permanent RV park on his lot Raven Cliffs.
