NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request to amend a portion of the City of St. George Code, Title 10-8C-1, regarding the Allowed Uses in the Manufacturing Zones. The applicant is Bowler Esthetics, Inc. Case No. 2024-ZRA-016.
