NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Highland Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 24, 2024, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr., Highland, UT, to consider and receive comments regarding the following: - Highland City is considering amending the Highland City Development Code to create a land use authority table. The table will identify, for each different type of land use application, the person, board, or entity that reviews, recommends, approves, or hears appeals related to the land use application. The purpose of the amendment is to consolidate the current regulations into a single and more readily available and understandable regulation. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City at (801) 772-4506 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.
