7. NEW BUSINESS
7.1 PRESENTATION: UTAH LEAGUE OF CITIES AND TOWNS ANNUAL CONVENTION RECAP
The Mayor and Council Members will give brief recaps and take-aways from the convention.
7.2 MOTION/RESOLUTION 24-14: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE POLICY AND PROCEDURES MANUAL
Amendment to the manual adds clarifying language to the Leave of Absence section, adding policy to the Diving While Conducting City Business policy, and adding a state mandated policy addressing HB257 Sex Based Privacy Space Compliance Plan.
8. COUNCIL COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF
This is a discussion item only. No final action will be taken.
9. ADMINISTRATION REPORTS
This is an opportunity for staff to address the Council pertaining to administrative items.

o Strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimate value of the property under consideration or prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
