Description/Agenda: NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Enoch City is accepting separate sealed BIDS for the Enoch City Police Department Building according to specifications prepared by the City. If you are interested in submitting a bid, Bid Documents will be available September 10, 2024 by contacting Rob Dotson - City Manager, 900 East Midvalley Road, Enoch City, Utah 84721 - Tel: (435) 586-1119 or rob@enochcity.org. The Bid Documents can be obtained electronically for free. Said bid documents are not final and Enoch City reserves the right to make minor amendments during the bidding timeline. All questions are to be emailed to rob@enochcity.org. The deadline for submitting bids is 4:00p.m. on September 26 th, 2024. The right is reserved by Enoch City to reject any or all Bids. Bids are for the construction of a new Enoch City Police Department building located at approximately 900 East Midvalley Road.
