Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Regular Council Meeting Agenda Items: 1. Nicolette Jones - request to address Mayor and Council regarding noise from pickle ball courts during early and late hours. 2. Discussion and consideration of Ordinance # 2024-4, concerning proposed changes to the city code regarding criminal penalties. 3. Discussion and consideration of Ordinance # 2024-5, concerning proposed changes to the city code regarding nuisances and abatement. 4. Kent Barton - Financial Report, August 2024 Statements. 5. Continuing Business. a. Discussion concerning Inland Port project. 6. Councilmembers reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 7. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 8. Mayor Bigelow. 9. Consideration of approval for minutes of prior meeting. (August 21st Regular Meeting) 10. City Manager Kent Barton. 11. Closed Session (if needed).
