The Garland City Council has adopted ORDINANCE, O-24-03, amending the General Plan Land Use and Zoning Maps for approximately 2.71 acres from Public Facilities Zone (PFZ) to Residential Zone 1 (R1) in the area of 1000 East and 1400 South on September 4, 2024. A copy of the ordinance is attached.
