Description/Agenda
In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following ordinances on September 9, 2024: Ordinance 24-42, Vacating a Portion of the 700 West Right of Way Generally Located Between 4060 & 4100 South. This ordinance vacated a portion of the 700 West right of way that was not being used for 700 West Street. Ordinance 24-43, Rezoning the Northern Portion of Two Parcels Generally Located at 640 & 650 West 4100 South from the Agricultural (A-1/A-2) Zone to the Manufacturing (M) Zone. This ordinance rezoned property from A-1 and A-2 to M at 640-650 W 4100 S to support the current manufacturing use and bring the property under the same M zoning. Ordinance 24-44, Declaring a Parcel of Real Property Located at or Between 4060 & 4100 South along 700 West as Surplus; Establish a Minimum Bid; and Establish a Method to Determine the Highest and Best Economic Returns to the City. This ordinance declared property surplus to allow for a property exchange which provides for a better alignment of 700 West Street.
