DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. August 28, 2024.
2. Preliminary Plat and Zone Change
A. ZIONS LANDING. This proposal involves changing the current zoning from A-E to R-1-6 to approve a Preliminary Plat for a standard subdivision to allow for a residential development to be located at 1495 East 400 North.
3. Minor Subdivision
A. GATEWAY COMMERCE PLAT D AMENDED. This proposal involves amending a previously recorded plat that will subdivide a single lot to create two separate lots located at 151 East 3450 North.
4. Discussion
A. DENALI CONCRETE DISCUSSION.
