BRIGHAM CITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PUBLIC DEFENDER Brigham City will receive bids electronically via email to the City Recorder, Christina Boss, at cboss@bcutah.gov until September 24, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. to provide legal counsel for indigent persons charged with infractions or Class B or C misdemeanor violations of criminal state statues or city ordinances in the Brigham City Justice Court and de novo appeals in the First District Court. The complete Request for Proposals, and all related information, may be obtained on Brigham City's website at www.bcutah.gov or by contacting the City Recorder at 435-734-6621 or via email at cboss@bcutah.gov.
