- Noise and Sound Disturbances Code Text Amendment The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 19th, 2024, to receive public comments regarding a proposed text amendment in Francis City Code Chapter 8.10 (Noise and Sound Disturbances). The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Community Center, 2319 South Spring Hollow Road. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing. Nuisance Abatement / Trash and Waste Storage Code Text Amendment The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 19th, 2024, to receive public comments regarding a proposed text amendment in Francis City Code Sections 18.15.150 (Nuisance Abatement) and 18.15.190 (Trash and Waste Storage). The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Community Center, 2319 South Spring Hollow Road. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing.
