- Plain City Cemetery District Board Meeting September 12, 2024 - 7: 00 p.m. Plain City Cemetery Office Building Board Members Ross Taylor-Chairman Monette Panter-Co-Chairman Jeff East Joel Freestone Brent Weston Jon Bradford-Secretary/Treasurer Plain City Corp/Sexton Top Tier Yard Care/Caretaker Charra Bradford/Maint. Supervisor Board Members excused: Welcome - Prayer/Moment of Silence 1. Review and approve minutes from the meeting held August 15, 2024. 2. Review, discuss and approve any maintenance issues on equipment or ground. A. Review, discuss and approve bids on a cement border to be placed on the north side and east side of the asphalt that is going to be laid shortly. B. Review and discuss installing 1 1/2 inch PVC pipe to put wire in for valve box before the asphalt is laid down. 3. Charra Bradford gave her two week notice. Discuss the finding of a new maintenance supervisor. 4. Discuss finding a new Sexton to dig graves. Plain City gave their 60 day termination letter which means they will no longer do this service for the cemetery. We have until the end of September. 5. Discuss the tents that are being used for funerals. 6. Other Business or concerns from members of the Board or the public. 7. Adjourn.
