- NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday September 19, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: - Recommendation for an amendment to Chapter 11-2, DEFINITIONS of Title 11, ZONING REGULATIONS and Section 15-5-070, MIXED-USE ZONES. The amendments are to include a new definition for 'Live / Work Residential' which is an existing use identified in creatine zoning districts and to identify allowed signage. (ZT-12-24) The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Farmington City Website; farmington.utah.gov, and at Farmington City Hall.
