- Call to order: Planning Commission Chair David Tibbs Regular Commission Meeting 1. Daniel Jensen and Ryker Steglich - draft of subdivision ordinance to bring into compliance with Utah State Code. 2. Jacob Yamada - request to address planning commission regarding proposed development in Manti City. 3. Discussion concerning fence ordinance. 4. Discussion concerning short term rentals. 5. Consideration of approval for minutes of the meeting of July 9, 2024. In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) individuals needing special accommodations or interpretive services during this meeting should contact the city office at 435-835-2401 at least (3) working days prior to the meeting.
