Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request for property located at approximately 200 W from 700 to 800 N. parcel number: XA00-0775- from the R1-8 to R3-8 zone. The parcel contains approximately .53 acres, and is currently owned by Nikki Hansen, represented by Priority Homes. A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
