Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Consider the delay of improvements: street improvement (shoulder), curb, gutter, sidewalk until a date certain, or as part of any area-wide improvement plan for John & Natalie Call for property located at approximately 1149 North 500 East, per ordinance 17.13.240 (b).
b. Consider awarding the 300 South Improvement project bid to Carlisle Excavating with a bid of $109,632.
c. Consider approving the installation of a fence and lighting for the pickleball courts at Rotary Park.
d. Consider approving the trimming of trees on Main Street with funds set aside for tree trimming.
