NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH will
hold a Public Hearing on September 26, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. in Conference Room B in the Wasatch County Community Services Building, located at 55 South 500 East, in Heber City, to hear the following and Take Action:
1. Consider resolution to repeal Rule 09-1: Wasatch County Health Department Rule Governing the Permitting, Use and Maintenance of Spas (Hot Tubs) in Short Term Rentals
