- PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, September 24, 2024, at 7:05 p.m. at 75 West Center Street, the Fillmore City Council Chambers, concerning a public hearing to receive public comments. - Regarding an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 9 Industrial District to allow storage shipping containers for a storage facility. - To receive public comment concerning a minor lot subdivision located at approximately 210 West 200 South for Brandon Bartholomew to create 5 total lots. - To receive public comment concerning the Planning Commission's advisory and support letter for economic development in Fillmore City through the Rural County Opportunity Grant.
