Description/Agenda: Notice of a pending ordinance related to proposed changes to Title 17 of the South Salt Lake City Municipal Code updating the standards and conditions for the automotive uses. The South Salt Lake Community and Economic Development Department and the South Salt Lake Planning Commission formally initiated proceedings to amend the municipality's Automotive-related Business Uses in its land use regulations outlined in Land Use and Development Code Title 17. These changes include , but are not limited to: limiting where the zones where automotive-related business be conducted, increases lots sizes for dealerships, and adding additional standards for all automotive-related business. The first public hearing before the Planning Commission on the proposed Ordinance will be at a later date yet to be determined.
